Do You Offer Free Shipping

Yes we offer free shipping on all of our items. However, Please Note that Free Shipping is for Paying Customers. If you are returning an item, to cover costs we will have to charge the cost of shipping out your item when calculating your return refund.

What are the costs that will be charges on a Exchange?

You are responsible for the costs of shipping the item back + Etsy's unrecoverable selling fees. Free shipping is for paying customers, to recover costs, we will have to charge for the cost of shipping out an item when calculating your return refund. all return items MUST be in original condition. A mandetory drycleaning charge may apply and be deducted from refunds if a return is accepted. Unwashed, unused, unsoiled and WITHOUT pet hair. We hope for your understanding that due to health reasons we do not re-ship returned items to other paying customers and returned items if accepted are normally donated to non-profit organizations.

We do offer sale prices from time to time on select items. Please note that all sales and sale prices are final. No Exchanges, Returns or Refunds are accepted on items purchased on sale, coupons or discounts.

Please note that our policy with all Art related Companies such as Movie Studios, TV Studios, Production Companies, Photographers, Etc. is that all sales are final and no returns or refunds will be accepted. To be fair to other regular customers that we only sell brand new apparel - we can not accept purchases that are meant to be used as Props or wardrobes in production of Movies, TV and Commercial and then later returned. Also Family Photo Taking Shoots, Please unederstand that these are wearable clothing items and not Photo Pops. we are not in the biusiness of selling used returned clothing.

Package Condition at arrival

Please Note that We Quality check each shirt and use brand new shipping pouches when mailing your order. Our Free Shipping is through First Class mail - That does not carry any Content Insurance against shipping/transit damages. If you would like to have your package insured - Please upgrade your shipping to a Priority Mail article that carries $50 in insurance and add additional insurance as you prefer when placing your order. In 27 years of being in Business and shipping through USPS - we have only had 1 package that was caught in the mail belt and slightly damaged - no packages have been lost or damaged otherwise. Once we deliver the packages to a Post Office - their service level and condition of their delivery is out of our control.
